THE nation’s favourite energy retailer Love Energy Savings is celebrating a record surge in customer conversions following the launch of their latest smart-tech platform.
The system which allows customers to quickly get the best energy deal available to them is already responsible for conversion rates increasing by 39%.

Other switching services require visitors to provide details of their current supplier and usage before they can see what offers are available to them.
The proprietary cloud-based martech automatically matches customer experience with customer propensity and preferred shopping behaviours in the Love Energy Savings retail store. It powers increased conversions by better understanding of what customers are looking for and creates an enjoyable shopping experience for each user based on their shopping preference history.
