Renovotec, the UK’s fastest growing rugged hardware, software and services provider for supply chain companies is to show Honeywell’s new ‘Thor™VM1A’ vehicle-mounted Android computer plus the latest ScanPal™ family ‘EDA60K’ mobile computer at IntraLogisteX 2019 (26-27 February, Stand 412). Renovotec’s on-stand offers for orders secured at IntraLogisteX include five years maintenance for the price of three on the VM1A and three years maintenance for the price of one on the EDA60K.
The EDA60K is the latest addition to Honeywell’s ScanPal family of products. Built on Android it has been developed to speed data input and increase productivity for mobile on-site workers in retail inventory management, light warehouse management and e-commerce logistics workflows say Honeywell. The EDA60K’s “powerful, future-ready platform” uses a Qualcomm® quad-core processor and runs on the Android 7.1 (Nougat) operating system, with dual data entry that supports both touchscreen and physical keypad input, a multi-touch 4-inch screen and “robust, high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity” for real time visibility of business-critical information.
The VM1A, the latest member of the popular Thor™ vehicle-mounted family includes a Qualcomm 660 processor, integrated keyboard and read-anywhere 8-inch-touchscreen.
