Prolog Fulfilment, the global fulfilment provider, has appointed Steph Mitcheson as its new Business Development Director, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues its ambitious growth trajectory.
Steph brings a wealth of senior-level business development experience from across the UK logistics sector, having previously held key roles at Elovate eFulfilment and GXO Logistics. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in ecommerce trends, consumer behaviour and emerging technologies, enabling her to anticipate market shifts and position logistics services ahead of demand.
In her new role, Steph will be responsible for attracting new clients and brands to Prolog, leveraging her extensive network across the ecommerce, retail and 3PL sectors. She is highly skilled in uncovering client pain points and delivering tailored, end-to-end fulfilment solutions that drive measurable results. Her experience includes integrating logistics operations with client systems and marketplaces, as well as harnessing data analytics, automation and AI to enhance operational performance.
Commenting on her appointment, Steph said: “I was initially attracted to Prolog because of its great team culture and can-do attitude. The company’s structure means it has the agility to react quickly to clients’ fluctuating demands while delivering a truly scalable solution. The impressive growth achieved over the last seven years is a testament to the strength of the team and the service offering, and I’m excited to contribute to the next phase of expansion.
Neil Daniells, CEO at Prolog Fulfilment, added: “With Steph’s extensive experience across the logistics sector she will be a tremendous asset to the business. Her customer-centric approach and strategic insight into ecommerce logistics will help us continue delivering innovative, scalable solutions to our growing client base.”
