SEC Storage Wins Innovation Category at The Logistics Awards
SEC Storage is delighted to announce it has been chosen as winners at The Logistics Awards for Logistics Innovation, for their solution at Christie Lites.
Showcasing true innovation, the Christie Lites solution involved the design of a unique multi-point, multi-directional shuttle system, providing a dramatic increase in volumetric capacity and five-fold rise in the amount of pickable locations.
SEC Storage’s commercial director Harry Watts who heads up the Systems Division commented, “SEC prides itself on designing and delivering true innovation to solve often complex operational logistics challenges. To be announced as the winners of this category amongst some of the biggest names in logistics, is a very proud moment and goes some way to highlight our diverse capabilities and the lengths we go to deliver the optimum solution for the customer.
“The Systems Division is a relatively new department within the business with a strong focus on the SME market, and to achieve such a prestigious award at this stage of our rapid growth, is a testament to the hard work of the whole team at SEC.”
