Prism eLogistics and Efulfilment Europe Celebrate Five-Year Partnership Driving UK-EU Ecommerce Growth
Prism eLogistics, the UK-based co-packing and fulfilment specialist, has marked the successful five-year anniversary of its strategic partnership with leading Dutch ecommerce logistics provider, Efulfilment Europe. The collaboration has enabled seamless, integrated fulfilment and distribution solutions for brands trading across the UK and Europe.
Since 2020, the partnership has provided a valuable bridge between the two markets, with Prism supporting Efulfilment’s distribution in the UK and vice versa for Prism’s European requirements. Both companies operate on integrated ecommerce platforms, enabling real-time data exchange and a consistent service across borders.
“What began as a mutually supportive working relationship has developed into a genuine partnership. By leveraging our infrastructure, brands can test the EU market with minimal risk – shipping via our business into Europe through Efulfilment’s Dutch hub,” said Ian Wright, Managing Director of Prism eLogistics.
“Once demand is clear, they can transition to bulk shipping and work directly with the Efulfilment team. The same approach applies in reverse. It’s a model that removes friction, simplifies compliance, especially post-Brexit, and takes the pain away from our clients.
The joint approach has been especially valuable to brands in the personal care, health and fitness, nutraceutical, and automotive sectors. Clients have access to Efulfilment Europe’s advanced automation technologies which maximise efficiencies, including high-speed print-and-apply labelling and parcel sorting, as well as secure warehousing with over 25,000 pallet locations.
Raymond ter Meer, founder of Efulfilment Europe, said: “From the outset, Prism shared our customer-first mindset. Our aligned systems and close cooperation mean clients receive a truly joined-up experience. Whether a business is entering the UK or EU market, they benefit from local insight, established infrastructure, and a dedicated team that understands the complexities of cross-border fulfilment.”
With growing demand for agile, scalable logistics in an increasingly complex trade environment, Prism and Efulfilment are proving a blueprint for how cross-border collaboration can create competitive advantage across new service areas.
Ian Wright added; “Now that we’ve proven how well we collaborate on e-commerce, we’re also exploring co-packing and shrink sleeving services in the Netherlands. These are really exciting times for our partnership and the value both businesses can deliver our growing client bases.”
With its expanded customer portfolio, enhanced facilities, and a strategic focus on innovation, Prism eLogistics is growing significantly across the UK and Europe. The business has recently moved into its new 30,000 sq.ft premises in Basingstoke and invested over £450,000 in advanced shrink-sleeve application technology and the integration of Nulogy’s digital solutions into its contract packing operations.
