Leading logistics exhibition appoints PR specialists.
Informa PLC, the leading business intelligence, academic publishing, knowledge and events group, has appointed AMA PR to handle public relations activity for 2019’s International Materials Handling Exhibition (IMHX 2019).
A tri-annual event, IMHX is the largest and longest running exhibition in the UK for the logistics and supply chain industries and IMHX 2019 takes place between 24 – 27 September 2019 at Birmingham’s NEC.
Rob Fisher, IMHX show director, commented: “AMA PR is a highly respected public relations company that is dedicated to the logistics and supply chain space. With its impressive track record and a client base that includes many of the most influential companies in the industry, AMA PR is a perfect fit for IMHX.”
AMA PR director, Lloyd Arkill, commented: ““The logistics sector is booming: driven by the growth in internet retail as well as the engineering and manufacturing sectors, it is worth approximately £55bn to the UK’s economy.
“AMA PR understands the competitive landscape, the media marketplace and other important factors that will determine the success of the IMHX 2019 PR campaign.
“IMHX is a well established and highly respected trade fair that has grown in size every time it has been held and we very much look forward to working with Informa to ensure that IMHX 2019 is the most successful IMHX yet.”
IMHX is co-owned by Informa Exhibitions and BITA (the British Industrial Truck Association).
