Indigo Software has boosted its Agile software development capabilities with the appointment of Jennifer Rudd as a Scrum Master. Jennifer brings over 12 years of multi-million pound digital project management and development experience to the software development team and is also a community STEM ambassador.
Jennifer has a strong track record in team transformation and previously worked as a contractor with the International Airlines Group, where she simultaneously managed multiple global projects, each worth tens of millions of pounds and trained technical teams based around the world on Agile best practice. Most recently, Jennifer managed an IT project to enable British Airways to retain their license to fly under new European regulations. The resulting project was implemented to 100k+ users, required the coordination of over 130 resources and was executed under budget and on plan.
“I have extensive experience of implementing new schedules of work and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. Joining the software development team at Indigo gives me the chance to apply my Agile skills and project management experience to the warehouse management software industry with a very innovative company,” says Jennifer Rudd.
Carl Green, CTO at Indigo Software says, “Adopting Agile software development methods will enable Indigo to launch product improvements more quickly and become even more customer responsive as a company. We are delighted to be welcoming Jennifer to the team, she is a very talented project professional with a strong track record.”
