Dalepak named as one of the UK’s most dynamic companies.
Dalepak recognised in fourth edition of London Stock Exchange Group’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain report
Report identifies fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) across the UK
(May 23rd, 2017) Dalepak Limited, the retail fulfilment and packing business, has been named as one of the UK’s fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium sized enterprises in the UK.
The Northampton-based strategic supply chain partner features in a new report, ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’, compiled and published by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). To be included in the list, companies needed to show consistent revenue growth over a minimum of three years, significantly outperforming their industry peers.
Nick Frogbrook, the CEO of Dalepak, says the accolade shows how ongoing investment and innovation is delivering tangible results: “To be recognised in an independent report by such a prestigious organisation is a testimony to the hard work and commitment of our staff, and our constant desire to find imaginative solutions to traditional supply chain challenges.”
The Rt Hon Greg Clark, Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, congratulated those 1,000 companies named in the report: “Championing high-growth, innovative SMEs is crucial for the continued success of the UK economy and a country that works for everyone. We are committed to ensuring that companies of all sizes can access finance to grow, scale-up and create high-quality, well-paid jobs across the country.”
Xavier Rolet, Chief Executive, LSEG similarly praised the country’s top SME performers: “Our report continues to highlight the dynamic, entrepreneurial and ambitious businesses across the country that are boosting UK productivity, driving economic growth and creating jobs. These companies are the very heart of an ‘anti-fragile’ economy: more robust; more flexible and less prone to boom and bust. We must ensure we continue doing all we can to support high growth potential businesses like these.”
Dalepak provides the fulfilment across the full range of channels and services from warehousing, distribution, packing and freight-forwarding for a number of blue-chip companies in the automotive, cosmetics, electronics, manufacturing and retail sectors. Clients range from the Ford Motor Company to Molton Brown, Feelunique to Whittard. It has more than 550,000 square feet of storage capacity across three locations in the East Midlands, processing more than 4 million orders every year.
