Global fulfilment business, Prolog Fulfilment has appointed Helen Firth as Senior Business Development Manager as the company continues to build on its capabilities and strengthen its position as the leading strategic fulfilment partner for growing brands.
Helen brings extensive experience from across the sector. She has a strong understanding of the challenges businesses face as they grow, scale and adapt to changing customer expectations.
Her remit at Prolog will be to identify new opportunities, develop relationships and help businesses understand how the right fulfilment model can unlock growth, from new sales channels and technology to greater scalability and operational efficiency.
Helen said: “What attracted me to Prolog is that there is real substance behind the proposition as it is much more than storage, pick and pack. The breadth of capability, from sophisticated B2B and B2C fulfilment through to value-added services including kitting, returns, and refurbishment gives the company a genuinely compelling proposition for businesses looking to grow and evolve.”
Prolog Business Development Director Steph Mitcheson said: “Helen brings a wealth of experience and, importantly, a strong understanding of what businesses really need from a fulfilment partner. Prolog has built a highly capable operation, supported by technology, experienced people and a breadth of services that allows us to solve much more complex fulfilment challenges. She will play an important role in taking that proposition to more businesses and demonstrating the value we can deliver as they grow.”
