QUECLINK WINS 2026 AUTOTECH BREAKTHROUGH AWARD FOR INNOVATIVE SATELLITE-ENABLED VEHICLE TRACKING SOLUTION
Queclink Wireless Solutions has been recognised by the 2026 AutoTech Breakthrough Awards for the development of innovative technologies for the automotive and road transport sectors. The company scooped the Vehicle Tracking Solution of the Year Award for its GV75MG SAT satellite-enabled device, which has been developed to operate in the harshest and most isolated environments to deliver advanced security, safety and fleet performance solutions.
“Communication gaps and delayed reporting can be hugely damaging when vehicles are operating beyond mobile coverage, so we have designed the GV75MG SAT tracker to help reduce the efficiency, safety and performance risks this creates,” explains Vernon Bonser, International Sales Director at Queclink Wireless Solutions. “Receiving such a prestigious technology-industry award is a great validation of our commitment to developing telematics solutions that overcome real-world challenges for commercial fleet operators.”
The GV75MG SAT vehicle tracker combines mobile and satellite connectivity, so a commercial vehicle stays reachable when it leaves mobile network coverage. Rather than treating satellite communication as a separate or highly specialised system, Queclink has integrated it into a practical vehicle-tracking device designed for everyday applications. This ensures connectivity follows the vehicle beyond the limits of terrestrial networks, enabling operators to respond more confidently and consistently to route deviations, prolonged stops, emergencies and other unexpected events.
The annual AutoTech Breakthrough Awards celebrate the most innovative products, companies and individuals in the global automotive and road transport technology industries. Part of the Tech Breakthrough market intelligence organisation, a global leader in technology research and recognition programs, the awards recognise excellence across multiple areas including connected car, vehicle telematics, fleet management and sensor technology.
“This latest award is fantastic recognition for all the hard work that is taking place within the business to develop the widest range of advanced fleet, asset and video telematics solutions. Huge congratulations must go to our entire team, who are pushing boundaries to keep us at the forefront of our industry and meet the diverse needs of vehicle operators worldwide,” adds Bonser.
