Europe’s premier IT Distributor, Ikonic has chosen ArrowXL, the leading two-person delivery company to handle the delivery of around 1000 television screens per month to customer households across the UK.
Ikonic chose ArrowXL as their delivery partner because of their attention to detail and strong customer service ethos. Their Platinum service allows Ikonic’s customers to choose the date and time of their delivery and the askAXL tracking web-app allows the customer to track their order in real time. On the day of delivery, the customer can track the vehicle using the interactive map. The delivery drivers will bring the television into the customers room of choice, unpack and remove any unwanted packaging.
