Prism eLogistics is broadening its role beyond traditional third-party logistics (3PL) by offering tailored consultancy and operational support to emerging startups. The approach is helping new brands grow and its partnership with VitClear, a rising functional drink brand dedicated to delivering clean, effective nutrition for high-performance lifestyles, is already proving a clear winner.
VitClear was founded in 2024 by Ralph Burrows, a former firefighter who observed that during exposure to heat and intense physical exertion, individuals can lose up to 1.2kg of body weight every 30 minutes – primarily through excessive sweat, leading to the loss of essential vitamins and minerals.
Driven by this insight, he developed three functional drinks targeting gut health, cognitive function, and sustained energy. With a focus on serving athletes, high achievers, and wellness-conscious consumers, VitClear’s transparent branding and full nutritional breakdown on each can, tapped into rising trends in supplementation, nootropics, and no/low (natural) caffeine.
Start-ups always present logistical challenges and the support of a partner in the early stages is key. Since its collaboration, Prism has played a pivotal role in helping VitClear scale its operations by integrating 3PL services with strategic advisory support. Prism facilitated the setup VitClear’s TikTok Shop, managed Amazon fulfilment, and coordinated European pallet-ready logistics for direct-to-business (D2B) shipments.
Additionally, the team at Prism developed bespoke packaging solutions, including custom sample boxes and mixed-SKU packs combining three flavours – a format that offers retailers flexible, space-efficient options.
With orders exceeding 9,000 cans to date, a second production run already complete, and a major production run planned later this year, VitClear is preparing for accelerated growth across the UK and Europe.
“Identifying a clear market need for functional beverages that address mineral and vitamin replacement was the catalyst for VitClear. Partnering with Prism has enabled us to concentrate on product development while benefiting from their expertise in logistics and operations, which are critical to scaling our business,” said Ralph Burrows, Founder of VitClear.
“Our long-term goal is to lead the nootropic-infused beverage market in the UK and Europe, offering products that enhance mental clarity, focus, and energy without the drawbacks of caffeine – and Prism’s support is helping us achieve this.”
The partnership illustrates Prism’s focus on meeting the needs of smaller brands, by providing consultancy services that help startups navigate the complexities of launching and scaling in a crowded marketplace.
Ian Wright, Managing Director at Prism eLogistics, added: “Startups like Vitclear need more than just logistics, they require partners who offer strategic insight and operational excellence. Drawing on our experience with established beverage brands, we bring best practices at the earliest stages that add real support to emerging companies.”
As the category gains momentum globally, Prism’s expanded service offering reflects a broader industry shift towards integrated logistics and advisory solutions tailored for startups and smaller players in the functional drinks market.
