Third-party logistics provider, Prism eLogistics’ fulfilment, distribution, and innovative shrink sleeving solutions are playing a key role in supporting the rapid growth of UK-based drinks brand, Sneak Energy.
Since partnering last year, Prism has shipped over 2.2 million cans of Sneak Energy’s drinks, amounting to more than 2,000 pallets and fulfilling over 32,000 orders across 47 countries.
The partnership began as a response to Sneak’s need for a fast and scalable solution for their carbonated cans as they expanded into retail. Through a long-standing relationship with Sneak’s Senior Leadership Team, Prism was able to step in and offer the flexibility and agility required to keep up with the brand’s fast-paced growth.
Initially focused on deliveries to smaller outlets, the collaboration quickly expanded to include direct-to-store and event fulfilment. With Sneak planning to bring its EU fulfilment back to the UK, Prism’s efficient and cost-effective logistics offering emerged as the preferred solution for the next stage of growth.
Sneak’s product range now includes a variety of flavours, with Prism’s two high-speed sleeving lines helping to meet increasing demand. The company is currently working on sleeving 250,000 cans across popular flavours like Purple Storm, Raspberry Lemonade, and Blizzard, which are set to ship in early May 2025.
Handling quick-turnaround projects has been key to the partnership as the recent introduction of ‘Brain Berry’ into some of Sneak’s drinks – an extract formulated to enhance focus and cognitive performance – has shown. Prism supported the ingredient addition by overseeing production adjustments and applying updated sleeves to existing cans. Its block-out sleeve service allowed Sneak to reuse existing stock, avoiding the cost and waste of discarding unused cans and sidestepping delays tied to sourcing new artwork. With the sleeving line processing up to 250,000 cans at 160 cans per minute, Prism ensured production stayed efficient and on schedule.
“Prism’s ability to manage growing fulfilment needs and provide rapid shrink sleeving solutions has been crucial in supporting Sneak’s retail presence and global expansion. Thanks to our capabilities, Sneak has been able to avoid waste and downtime during ingredient changes, ensuring production lines stay on track and customers receive their energy drinks without delay, said Ian Wright, Managing Director at Prism eLogistics.
“We’re proud to be part of Sneak’s journey providing the flexibility, capacity, and innovative solutions that growing brands need in today’s fast-changing beverage market.”
