Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has signed a lease agreement with Eurosonic Group Ltd for 185,000 sq ft of warehouse and office space at Dumers Lane in Bury, Greater Manchester.
Eurosonic Group, a prominent supplier and distributor of homeware and electrical appliances, is expanding its operational footprint as it continues to grow and strengthen partnerships with leading consumer brands. The new facility marks a significant step in this growth strategy, providing a high-quality logistics base to support Eurosonic’s continued success in the UK.
Ideally located near Bury town centre, the well-equipped site offers easy access to major routes including the M60 and M66. It features cross-dock loading doors, a forklift charging area, 9m eaves height, energy-efficient LED lighting, and generous parking provision.

Dumers Lane offers the scale, connectivity, and infrastructure they need to support their expanding operations and evolving logistics requirements,” said Andrew Jones, Mileway Managing Director UK & Ireland.
“This facility is perfectly suited to our operational needs and positions us well for the next stage of our development. Working with Mileway has been seamless, and we’re excited about the opportunities ahead as we not only continue to build on existing partnerships but strengthen with exciting new brand partnerships such as the recent agreement with Electrolux,” said Brian Robinson, Eurosonic Group Ltd Chief Finance Officer.
This agreement underscores Mileway’s commitment to supporting dynamic businesses with high-quality urban logistics spaces that enables long-term, sustainable growth.
