GateHouse Joining Key Data Sovereignty Work in IDS
Supply chain data unifier participating in Working Groups and Taskforces to assist development of open architecture for the secure delivery of data in Industry 4.0 ecosystems across all industrial sectors
Data unifier and aggregator GateHouse Logistics today announces that it is participating in two Working Groups and Taskforces of the Industrial Data Space e.V. (IDS) user association. The firm brings IDS its ten-year expertise in delivering data securely across the supply chain to assist in the development of IDS reference architecture for Industry 4.0 software solutions and business models.
One of the most urgent tasks to be defined by IDS reference architecture model is a one-client solution for data sovereignty and this was a key discussion point at last week’s IDS General Assembly.
“GateHouse’s data unifying cloud ghTrack technology has been at the forefront of data sovereignty issues within supply chain logistics for the past ten years,” says Søren Danielsen, GateHouse Logistics’ Head of Strategic Accounts and Business Development. “We look forward to bringing our expertise to the work in IDS and to take part in the development of Industry 4.0 reference architecture.”
