SLEEVE IT, PACK IT SHIP IT – PRISM CELEBRATES CLIENT SUCCESS WITH THERMOCHROMIC & SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS AT PACKAGING INNOVATIONS & EMPACK 2026
Prism eLogistics is celebrating the growth of multiple partnerships across its sleeving, packing and eCommerce fulfilment logistics services with an exciting display including thermochromic design and a fully recyclable sleeving solution at this year’s Packaging Innovations & Empack show.
In the spotlight for this year is Prism’s fully recyclable shrink sleeving solution EcoFloat, which will be demonstrated on stand with Perfect Ted product samples.
Perfect Ted, which achieved 500% year on year growth in 2025, is just one of the many rapidly scaling clients which have in turn facilitated the growth of Prism. The leading matcha brand has benefitted from the contract packing, sleeving and fulfilment capabilities of Prism, as well as delivery of additional services like stand design using Prism’s extensive supply chain.
However, it is the brand’s use of EcoFloat which will be the key talking point for visitors. EcoFloat allows the consumer to remove the sleeve at home in order to place it into the plastic recycling bin, offering greater recyclability to canned beverage producers. As recycling measures tighten and EPR fees loom, solutions like EcoFloat are likely to be a hot topic.
Also on Stand 134 will be a display of thermochromic cans. The cans, which will feature temperature sensitive sleeving, will demonstrate the visual impact of a design which changes when moved from a cold, fridge environment to an ambient atmosphere.
Ian Wright, managing director for Prism, will also be sharing his co-packing and logistics insight as part of co-packing and manufacturing operating systems software brand Nulogy’s panels titled, ‘How software empowers successful co-packing’ and ‘Modern solutions for the modern co-packing provider’ held on the 11th and 12th respectively. With Prism powered by Nulogy the importance of digitalisation to the business and its clients will be a key theme that he explores.
Ian commented: “We’re delighted to be part of this year’s Packaging Innovations & Empack show, both as exhibitors and part of the conference programme. It’s been a busy 12 months since the last event, and we’re excited to share our latest news and services across co-packing, sleeving and eCommerce fulfilment with attendees.
“We’ll be on stand to discuss how we can deliver sustainable sleeving solutions and end-to-end packaging and logistics support for new and established brands.”
Packaging Innovations is one of the pre-eminent events in the UK packaging industry’s calendar and this year’s show is a must-see for all industry professionals, with over 400 exhibitors and more than 35 free-to-attend sessions, panels, and interviews. Free tickets for Packaging Innovations, featuring Contract Pack & Fulfilment can be secured online here.
